Play opens tonight! Should be v. funny and entertaining. It's at 8pm tonight and tomorrow night, and then the next two weekends on Thursday, Friday and Saturday as well. It's $5 for students and $10 for those suckers without a student ID anymore. Yay for Oscar Wilde and his droll wit! And that crazy old lady, too!

Played pool with the guys at work today, and have decided that it is a key component of being better at math than the average person to be able to play pool well also. It's a pretty cool game, and feels way smarter than chess to me. Will have to play pool more at the Highlander, instead of air hockey, which is, admittedly, kinda stupid. It is exciting, but I think pool would be moreso if I was REALLY REALLY GOOD. But, you know, that's my life philosophy, I guess. Anything is fun if I am awesome at it.

Yay for Fridays! I love them. It's a long weekend, too, which is nice and relaxing, esp. considering that I've had precious little free time in the last couple weeks. Things I am looking forward to:

  • SIX FLAGS ON FOURTH OF JULY! Mwa HA, children, you better watch out, I am going to be there for the first time in a while without a kid that I am directly responsible for.
  • Two nights of hilarity, I hope. And a little bit of stage butterflies, which are pretty fun too.
  • Seeing Spiderman at some point, yeah, Tobey!
  • Going Target and maybe pretty shoe shopping.
  • Watching the remainder of West Wing: Season 2, while reclining and knitting and eating green olives.
  • At least one night at the Highlander.
  • At least one night of FIREWORKS!
  • Productive, nope, that's it for me!

    xoxo,
